To honor Our Lady of Mount Carmel, we’ve created a delicious Salted Caramel blend—smooth, sweet, and subtly rich, the perfect way to begin your day with gratitude and peace. We use single origin, ethically sourced Colombian beans and roast them to perfection. 

The Carmelite Order traces its roots to the Prophet Elijah on Mount Carmel, where he encountered the living God in the gentle whisper of the wind. Centuries later, devotion to Mary blossomed among the Carmelites, who came to know her as their mother and patroness—Our Lady of Mount Carmel. 

She appeared to St. Simon Stock, promising her special protection and giving him the Brown Scapular as a sign of grace and faithfulness.

Wearing the Scapular became a sign of belonging to Mary, a reminder to live under her care and to strive for holiness. Today, her intercession and protection continue to draw countless souls closer to Christ.
