How do I create an account?
To start your journey with us, simply email our sales representative to request an application form. Fill it out and return it along with a copy of your resale certificate. We'll review it and get you set up for approval!
What are the minimum order quantities?
Get started with an initial minimum order of 26 bags or K-Cup boxes, or a mix of both. For all your subsequent orders, the minimum is just 13. Stock up and save!
Do you offer samples?
Absolutely! We believe in the quality of our products and are happy to provide samples.
What are your payment terms and options?
We prefer payments via credit card for simplicity. However, we also offer Net 30 payment terms for those who need it. Just request a Net 30 application if you're interested.
How is shipping handled?
We value your business and search for the fastest and cheapest shipping options for our wholesale customers. Please note that shipping costs are borne by the customer, and delivery can take up to 10-12 business days.
Can I return or exchange products?
We stand by our quality, but in the rare event that your coffee arrives damaged, we accept returns. Please provide pictures of the damage to initiate the process. Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges or returns for other reasons.
Do you offer any discounts for larger orders?
